ABOUT US

The NTPCG has grown over the last two years to almost 50 members! Listed below are our officers, chairpersons, and their duties. We are fortunate to have so many volunteers who have worked hard to make our guild what it is today.

Officers for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year:
Office Officer Duties
President Sherri Sneed Leads meetings, organizes demos, leads organization for retreats, delegates responsibilities like organizing meeting location.
Program VP Edie Stanger Runs meetings when President cannot attend, responsible for researching and offering variety of programs to the Guild for the monthly meetings.
Workshop VP Nina Owens Responsible for offering a variety of workshops to the Guild - handles all publicity & arrangements for location and instructors.
Secretary Vicki Burk Records and posts minutes of each meeting of the guild and boards, and executes correspondence at the direction of the President.
Treasurer Ellen Kelsey Responsible for collecting Guild dues, paying bills, balancing the budget, and handling all of the Guild's funds.

Newsletter

Creates the monthly newsletter and distributes to website, Guild and membership.

Bottles of Hope

Laura Griffin

Responsible for facilitating the participation of guild members in the Bottles of Hope Program.

Librarian

Sharon Quinn

Maintains and builds the guild library, and coordinates and tracks library loans.

Hospitality Nancy Lotzer Coordinates meeting refreshments for guild members and guests.

Website

Tricia Dewey

Maintains the NTPCG website.

Ways & Means

Lynda Evans

Manages fundraising activities, e.g. raffles, etc.
